At Neurogati, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, clinicians, and researchers. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and organization details provided during contact or registration.
- Clinical/Usage Data: For users of Quamon-PD™ or cRGS™, we may collect behavioral biomarkers and engagement metrics necessary for diagnostic assistance and rehabilitation tracking.
- Payment Information: Payment details are collected directly by Razorpay. Neurogati does not store credit card or bank account details.
- AI Assistant Interactions: Messages you send to Nira, together with limited page context and technical request information needed for security and rate limiting.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and improve our neurotechnology services.
- To process workshop registrations and educational certifications.
- To generate clinical reports for healthcare providers.
- To communicate updates regarding our research and products.
- To answer website questions through Nira and protect the assistant from abuse.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with:
- Razorpay: To facilitate secure payments.
- Clinical Partners: As part of multi-institutional research or clinical trials (e.g., SRMC, NIMHANS), subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
- DeepSeek: Nira sends chat messages to DeepSeek's API to generate responses. DeepSeek may process this information outside India, including in the People's Republic of China, under its applicable privacy terms.
4. Nira AI Assistant
Nira is an automated AI website guide. The Neurogati application does not intentionally save Nira conversation history to its database; the visible conversation remains in your current browser session. Messages still pass through our hosting infrastructure and DeepSeek to generate a reply. Do not enter patient records, symptoms, medical reports, passwords, financial information, or other sensitive personal data.
Learn more in the DeepSeek Privacy Policy. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be verified against the relevant Neurogati page or by contacting us.
Nira is not intended to collect personal data from children. A person under 18 should use Nira only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian and should not provide personal or sensitive information.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data related to brain modeling and clinical diagnostics from unauthorized access.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing to contactus@neurogati.com.
